1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by 333ph ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and 333ph.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging with our services. Continued use of 333ph following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use 333ph services, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by local, state, or national laws.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion orders, gambling prohibitions, or voluntary exclusion programs that would prevent your participation in online gaming activities.
• Account Uniqueness: You may maintain only one (1) active account with 333ph. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.

333ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When registering an account with 333ph, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and any other information necessary to comply with regulatory requirements. You agree to update your account information promptly should any changes occur.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Create a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify 333ph customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out from your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered as an additional security measure

333ph shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and licensing requirements, 333ph implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and other documentation as requested. Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The availability of payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. You are responsible for all fees charged by your payment provider. 333ph does not charge deposit fees unless explicitly stated. All deposited funds must originate from legitimate sources and must be in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse, reverse, or return any deposit at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of Terms, or violation of anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits made in error may be reversed upon verification of the error. You may set voluntary deposit limits through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming measures.

5. Withdrawals & Processing Times

5.1 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard at any time. 333ph processes withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya with an average processing time of 1-2 hours, subject to account verification, wagering requirements fulfillment, and compliance checks. You will be notified of any delays and provided with reasons for such delays.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount or combined deposit and bonus amount before funds become withdrawable. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional terms: maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses, certain games may be excluded from bonus play or contribute differently to wagering requirements, bonuses cannot be withdrawn and are deducted when withdrawal requests are made, only real money funds can be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met, and bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

333ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse, breach of bonus terms, fraudulent activity, violation of maximum bet rules, or any other breach of these Terms. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in immediate account closure and fund forfeiture.

7. Gameplay Rules & Conduct

7.1 Fair Play Standards

All players must engage in fair play at all times. The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, collusion with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. 333ph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify irregular gameplay patterns. Any detected violations will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of funds.

7.2 Game Rules & Outcomes

Each game available on the Platform has specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer operations that are regularly tested for fairness. Game results are final once confirmed, and disputes must be raised within a reasonable timeframe through customer support channels.

7.3 Malfunctions & Errors

In the event of game malfunctions, software errors, or technical failures, 333ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund wagers. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds displayed, incorrect game payouts, connection failures during gameplay, or server crashes. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of affected wagers.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and other materials displayed on 333ph are the exclusive property of 333ph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without explicit written permission from 333ph. Unauthorized use of intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using 333ph:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Depositing funds that do not belong to you or using stolen payment methods
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff
• Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's security or functionality
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate gameplay
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other forms of betting that violate fair play principles

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action as deemed necessary by 333ph.

10. Limitation of Liability

333ph provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free from viruses or harmful components.

333ph, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or other intangible losses, even if 333ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Platform.

11.2 Termination by 333ph

333ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, irregular gameplay patterns, failure to complete KYC verification, abusive behavior, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform's integrity. Upon termination, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Remaining real money balances may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to 333ph, subject to investigation completion.

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. You must cease all use of the Platform. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 333ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms, you agree to first contact 333ph customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws before resorting to litigation.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 333ph.
